1. Taaruf:

Kabz (constipation) aik aam lekin takleef da masla hai jo roz marra ki zindagi ko bohot mutasir karta hai. Jab insan ke stool (faiza) ka nikalna mushkil ho jaye ya rozana stool na aaye, to isay kabz kaha jata hai. Aksar log isay chhoti baat samajh kar ignore karte hain, lekin bar waqt ilaj na ho to ye piles, fissure, aur digestion ke lambe masail paida kar sakta hai.

  5. Stress aur neend ki kami: Nervous system bhi digestion ko control karta hai.
  6. Medications: Painkillers, iron, calcium ya antidepressants.
  7. Thyroid ya IBS: Medical conditions bhi kabz ka sabab ban sakti hain.

4. Gharailu Ilaaj Jo Asar Dete Hain:

  1. Garam pani subah nashtay se pehle: Digestive system ko activate karta hai.
  2. Ispaghol Husk: 1 chamach dahi, pani ya doodh ke sath rozana.
  3. Rat bhar bhigoay huay anjeer (2-3): Subah khali pait lein.
  4. Triphala powder: Ayurvedic formula, raat ko sone se pehle pani ke sath.
  5. Zaitoon ya castor oil: Doctor ke mashwaray se kabhi kabhi use kia ja sakta hai.

5. Diet Plan: Fiber Aur Hydration Ka Sahi Tareeqa

6. Lifestyle Tips Jo Kabz Door Karne Mein Madadgar Hain:

  • Rozana 30 minutes brisk walk
  • Har hafta kam az kam 150 minutes physical activity
  • Toilet ka routine fix karein (subah uth kar)
  • Neend ka proper intazam (7–8 ghante)
  • Stress control — Dua, meditation ya halka music

7. Kabz Bachon Aur Buzurgon Mein:

  • Bachay: Milk-only diet ya formula se kabz hoti hai. 6 months baad fiber wali cheezein introduce karein.
  • Buzurg: Kam activity aur dehydration se kabz aam hai. Soft diet aur daily walk zaroori hai.

8. Medical Causes: Jab Doctor Ko Dikhana Zaroori Ho:

Agar aapko yeh symptoms ho rahe hon to doctor se mashwara lena lazmi hai:

  • Khoon ya mucus stool mein
  • 1 haftay se zyada kabz
  • Wazan mein achanak kami
  • Pehle se zyada thakan aur bhook ka na lagna

9. Dawa aur Doctor Ki Hidayat:

Agar gharailu nuskhe aur diet se farq na aye to doctor kuch medicines recommend karte hain:

  • Lactulose syrup: Stool ko soft karta hai
  • Bisacodyl tablets: Intestine ko stimulate karta hai
  • Sodium picosulfate drops: Bachon ke liye istemal hota hai
  • Enema: Bohat zyada severe case mein

⚠️ In dawaiyon ko bina doctor ke mashware ke use na karein.

10. Aakhri Baat:

Kabz sirf aik physical problem nahi — ye mental stress, fatigue aur digestion ka overall system disturb karta hai. Rozana kuch asaan aadaton se aap is mushkil se bach sakte hain.
