BMI (Body Mass Index) aik asaan tareeqa hai jisse aap apna wazan aur qadd dekh kar yeh jaan saktay hain ke aap underweight hain, normal, ya overweight.

1. BMI kya hota hai?
BMI ka matlab hai Body Mass Index. Yeh ek simple formula hai jo aapke wazan aur qadd ko dekh kar batata hai ke aap underweight, normal, overweight ya obese hain.

2. BMI ka formula:
BMI = Weight (kg) ÷ Height (meters)²
Example: Agar aapka wazan 70 kg hai aur qadd 1.75 m hai:
BMI = 70 ÷ (1.75 × 1.75) = 22.9

3. BMI ki categories:

  • Underweight: BMI 18.5 se kam
  • Normal: BMI 18.5 – 24.9
  • Overweight: BMI 25 – 29.9
  • Obese: BMI 30 ya us se zyada
