Iron deficiency anemia aik aisi haalat hai jismein jism mein iron ki kami ke sabab khoon mein hemoglobin ka level kam ho jata hai.   • Peripheral blood smear: RBCs ka shape aur size dekhna

  • Oral Iron Supplements: Ferrous sulfate 325 mg (1-3 dafa rozana)
  • Vitamin C: Iron ki absorption barhata hai

  • IV Iron: Agar oral iron bardasht na ho ya severe deficiency ho

  • Hamla Aurat: < 11 g/dL

Severity grading:

  • Mild: Near lower limit
  • Moderate: 1–2 g/dL below limit
  • Severe: >2–3 g/dL below limit
